SoftPause is designed to provide a quiet digital fidget and return timer without requiring an account or collecting personal information.
Information We Collect
SoftPause does not intentionally collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.
The app stores a small set of preferences locally on your device, including your selected interaction mode, color theme, timer duration, timer state, and reduced-motion setting. This information remains on your device and is not sent to us or to third parties.
Accounts, Analytics, And Advertising
SoftPause does not require an account. The current version does not include advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, cloud synchronization, social features, or in-app purchases.
Permissions And Network Access
The Android application includes standard network capability as part of its WebView application framework. The current version does not use that capability to transmit personal information to a SoftPause server.
Data Retention And Deletion
Because SoftPause does not maintain user accounts or server-side user records, we do not retain personal data on a server. You can remove locally stored preferences by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
Children's Privacy
SoftPause is not directed to children and is not enrolled in the Google Play Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
