• Service refers to the Application.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Important: Kyves does NOT collect, access, store, or upload any of your personal database content, contacts, location, photos, or passwords to any external servers. There is no online account creation; all access control is managed strictly on your device.

Local Storage & Encryption

• Zero Server Access to Your Content: All information and entries you create within the Application are stored locally on your device only. Your content is never saved on our servers, and we have no technical means to access it.

• AES-256 Encryption: All entered data is completely encrypted using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a 256-bit key length.

• Master Password: The Service neither "knows" nor stores the master password of the user. It is technically impossible for Us to recover your password or your data if lost.

Ephemeral Data Processing (IP Address)

To comply with regional regulations, local policies (such as those in specific jurisdictions), and to verify user eligibility, the Application transmits your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address to a server to determine your country or state. This process is strictly ephemeral. The IP address is processed in the server's memory solely for the duration of the real-time regional verification check. It is immediately destroyed afterwards and is never saved, logged, stored, or linked to your identity in any database or storage system.

Information You Provide Voluntarily (Support)

If you contact us directly via email for technical support or inquiries, we will only use your email address and any information you provide to address your request and improve our service. We do not use this data for marketing or share it with third parties.

Third-Party Payment Processing

The Application provides paid features or products (In-App Purchases). In this case, we use third-party services for payment processing:

• Google Play In-App Billing: We do not collect or store your payment details. That information is provided directly to Google Play, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/).

3. Disclosure and Legal Requirements

Since we do not collect or store your personal data, we do not have data to share, sell, or disclose to third parties, law enforcement, or corporate affiliates.

4. Delete Your Personal Data

Since Kyves stores all encrypted data locally on your device and only processes your IP address ephemerally, we do not store any user data on our servers. Therefore, there is no data for us to delete from our side.

If you wish to delete your local app data, you can do so at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing the app storage in your device settings. Please note that you are also responsible for manually deleting any encrypted database backup files you may have generated and stored on your device or cloud storage. 5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18, as we do not collect data from any user regardless of age.

8. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

The user acknowledges that the software may not be free from defects and may not satisfy all needs. Installation and usage is at the user's own risk.

Although Kyves is tested under best efforts, it uses database technologies which can possibly crash or get corrupted (data loss). The user is solely responsible for making regular backups of their encrypted database files. Service is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service.

The software is property of Mario Vece (Softaplicable). It is not allowed to recompile, disassemble, change, translate, or clone the Service completely or partly in an unauthorized way.
