This policy covers Soft Slice: Soap Cutting for Android and iPhone, provided by DigitalappIta. The Android package and iOS bundle identifier are com.softslice.app. The intended audience is ages 13 and up.
Soft Slice saves completed levels, best scores, stars, selected and unlocked knives, collected keepsakes, sound and haptic preferences, and the selected age range locally. No game account or precise birthdate is required. We do not operate a server that receives game progress or the selected age range. Device backups are controlled separately by your operating system and backup settings.
A neutral age-range choice controls advertising. Only players who select 18 or older can start the advertising and consent services. Other age ranges, an unanswered question, or “Prefer not to say” leave gameplay available without ad requests. You can change your age range in Settings.
For eligible adult players, Google AdMob provides a bottom banner, occasional ads between completed levels, and optional rewarded ads. A confirmed reward unlocks the selected bonus knife; an unavailable or unfinished ad does not. The same bonus knives can be earned through gameplay stars. The banner has separate space outside the controls and hides during slicing and dialogs. Consent choices are requested where required before ad requests. Available privacy choices can be revisited in Settings. Unavailable ads never prevent continued play.
When enabled, Google's advertising and consent SDKs may process IP addresses and approximate location, app and ad interactions, device identifiers, crash reports, performance information, and other diagnostics. These support advertising, analytics, consent delivery, reliability, and fraud prevention. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit. Google controls its own processing and retention.
The iPhone app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not obtain the IDFA advertising identifier. Google's SDK may still use identifiers limited to an app or developer and privacy-preserving ad attribution. The Android version may use Android advertising identifiers according to device settings and consent choices.

Change age range, sound, haptics, motion, and available ad privacy choices in Settings. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage where your device supports it, deletes local game data. A restored device backup may restore some data. Device privacy controls depend on Android or iOS settings. Direct ad-service data requests to Google's privacy controls; DigitalappIta does not hold a separate copy of that SDK data.
Soft Slice is intended for users 13 and older. It does not ask for a birthdate. Advertising services remain disabled for players selecting an age below 18 or declining to provide an age range.
For help, email gabangest@gmail.com with your device model, Android or iOS version, game version, and a description of the issue. For sound problems, check the game's sound setting and device volume; on iPhone, also turn off Silent Mode. Progress is stored on your device, so avoid uninstalling the app when troubleshooting if you want to keep it.
If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use these to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
