I am looking for a position as Data Scientist / Computational Scientist for biomedical applications. I am eager to explore new mathematical and computational techniques for healthcare, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence for medical diagnostic and drug discovery.
With a solid background in Scientific Computing acquired with a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Emory University, and a MS degree in Mathematical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy), my research focuses on parallel computing and mathematical modeling in life sciences, numerical methods for hemodynamics, and uncertainty quantification in large-scale problems.
As a board member of the Emory SIAM Student Chapter, I strive to create networking opportunities and facilitate connections between industries and students in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
