Disputes and Arbitration
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Canada and are therefore to be interpreted only. Any claims and disputes arising out of or using these terms and conditions will be resolved and resolved in confidential arbitration in Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator must be (i) legally trained; (ii) independent of either party; (iii) must have experience in the country's information technology and e-commerce fields.
