SocialFlow is a creator productivity app designed to help users organize social channels, content plans, leads, quick replies, and premium creator tools.
This Privacy Policy explains how SocialFlow handles data.
1. Local data storage
SocialFlow stores user-created content locally on the device. This may include channels, content plans, leads, reply templates, app preferences, theme settings, premium status cache, and backup/import data.
This local data is not automatically uploaded to our servers.
2. Internet access
SocialFlow may use internet access for:
- showing ads to free users;
- checking and processing Google Play subscription purchases;
- future or supported AI tools;
- app functionality that requires network access.
3. Advertising
Free users may see banner ads provided by third-party advertising partners such as Yandex Mobile Ads.
Yandex Mobile Ads may process data such as device or advertising identifiers to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent misuse. Users may reset or limit the use of advertising identifiers through their device settings.
Premium users may remove ads through an active Google Play subscription.
4. Google Play Billing
SocialFlow Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store users’ payment card details.
Google Play may process purchase and payment information according to Google’s own policies.
5. AI tools
SocialFlow may include AI creator tools such as caption generation, reply assistance, content ideas, hashtag help, and weekly planning.
In the current production release, AI generation may be unavailable if the app build is not configured for AI access.
If AI tools are enabled in a supported build, user-entered prompts may be sent to an AI service provider or backend service for processing. Users should not enter sensitive personal information, passwords, tokens, cookies, private messages, or confidential business information into AI tools.
6. No social platform login
SocialFlow does not ask users to log in to Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Google, ByteDance, or any other social platform.
7. No private message access
SocialFlow does not automatically read, collect, or access private messages from Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform.
SocialFlow does not request social media passwords, cookies, tokens, or sessions.
8. Backup and import
SocialFlow may allow users to copy backup data as JSON text and import it later. Backup data is controlled by the user.
Users are responsible for where they store or share copied backup text.
9. Data sharing
SocialFlow does not sell user-created local workspace data.
Some third-party services used by the app, such as advertising SDKs and Google Play Billing, may process data according to their own policies and for purposes such as advertising, subscription processing, fraud prevention, and service operation.
10. Data security
SocialFlow uses standard platform storage and network security practices. Third-party services may use encrypted transmission for their own SDK communications.
11. User control
Users can clear app data from the Settings screen where available, use Android system settings to clear app storage, or uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from the device.
12. Children’s privacy
SocialFlow is not designed specifically for children. It is intended as a productivity tool for creators, freelancers, small businesses, and social media managers.
13. Disclaimer
SocialFlow is an independent productivity tool. It is not affiliated with Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Google, ByteDance, Yandex, or any other social platform.
Platform names are used only to help users organize their own workflow.
