These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InFlare mobile application (the “App”) operated by Mobilix Software LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Mobilix Software LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the InFlare application for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Resell, lease, sublicense, or exploit the App commercially
Use the App in any unlawful manner
All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Mobilix Software LTD.
InFlare provides tools that allow users to:
Analyze and organize social account data
Generate insights and statistics
Create visual content such as images, collages, captions, hashtags, and media edits
Export media content to their devices
All analysis results are generated locally on the user's device.
The Company does not store or process user data on external servers.
InFlare is an independent application developed by Mobilix Software LTD.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party social media platform or service.
Any trademarks, brand names, or platform references belong to their respective owners.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with the terms and policies of any services they choose to use.
You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for:
Your actions within the App
Any content you create or export
Your use of third-party services or platforms
The Company is not responsible for how users choose to utilize the App or any results obtained from its use.
Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
InFlare may offer weekly or monthly subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscription terms:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings
The Company does not handle payment processing directly.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.
These services may use limited device information to deliver relevant ads.
The Company does not control the data practices of advertising providers.
All content, design, graphics, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Mobilix Software LTD and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Mobilix Software LTD makes no warranties regarding:
The accuracy of analysis results
The availability or reliability of the App
Compatibility with third-party services
Continuous or error-free operation
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobilix Software LTD shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss or service interruptions
Issues arising from third-party services
Any misuse of the App by users
Your use of the App is entirely at your own responsibility.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.
Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable international consumer and digital service laws.
