An evidence-based practice is an instructional/intervention procedure or set of procedures for which researchers have provided an acceptable level of research that shows the practice produces positive outcomes for children, youth, and/or adults with ASD.
The five primary sensory systems; sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. The three hidden sensory systems are; proprioceptive system, vestibular system, and interoceptive system.

The Autism Interdisciplinary Team attends a yearly summit where they are provided a new curriculum to learn and implement within the schools. The following curriculums are available for SKACD 613 staff to check out and implement within their classrooms as needed.
