About the Event

Diversity and Inclusion for Everyone (Social DEI for Everyone):

Connect with a diverse community of researchers and advocates at our social event, where we'll explore the importance of inclusion and belonging in computer vision and discuss ways to break down barriers and biases. Through interactive discussions, mentorship, and networking, we'll work together to create a more equitable and supportive environment for all.

Communities

LatinX in AI (LXAI) bridges communities, academics, industry, and politicians working to further AI innovation and resources for LatinX individuals globally. We drive and support research, development, infrastructure, and mentoring programs to boost innovation and capabilities of LatinX professionals working in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

AI Will Change the World. Who Will Change AI?AI4ALL is transforming the pipeline of AI practitioners and creating a more inclusive, human-centered discipline.

The goals of WiCV are to:
Raise the visibility of female computer vision researchers by presenting invited research talks by women who are role models in this field.
Give opportunities to junior female students or researchers to present their work via a poster session and travel awards.
Share experience and career advice for female students and professionals.

Diversity has many dimensions, including gender, race, ethnicity, age, disabilities, religious belief, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and cultural background. There is no place for hatred and discrimination in the CVPR community or elsewhere. For CVPR 2024, the DEI Chairs are working with other members of the organizing committee to help foster a more inclusive, diverse and equitable conference.
