This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Sober Tracker (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), developed by SoftSpark (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider").

The Application is designed to prioritize user privacy. All data entered by the user (such as sobriety start dates, progress, or financial savings) is stored locally on the user's mobile device only.

The Service Provider does not have access to this data. No personal tracker data is transmitted to external servers.

To ensure the Application functions correctly via the Google Play Store, it utilizes Google Play Services. These services may automatically collect certain device information (such as operating system version or device identifiers) to ensure technical stability and provide updates. This data is not linked to the personal information you enter within the Application.

3. Third-Party Access

No personal data is shared, sold, or marketed to third parties. Since all progress data remains locally on the device, no external data processing of your personal entries occurs.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain full control. You can delete all your information at any time by clearing the application cache or by uninstalling the Application.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Since no data is transmitted to the Service Provider, no personal data from minors is stored on our systems.

6. Security

We value the security of your data. Because data storage is local to your device, we recommend using your operating system's built-in security features (e.g., screen lock, encryption) to protect your information.

7. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The current version will always be available via this link or within the Google Play Store.
