Concord Technical Institute Incorporated was founded in 1965, making it the oldest maritime school in Cebu. For the past 58 Years CTII is still producing worldclass and globaly competitive cadets. CTI is a present  partner school of the Univerity of San Jose–Recoletos (USJR). The owner of the School is Mrs. Vicenta Ty . For the past 58 Years the school is still standing strong throughout the ages. Producing Cadets that are Domestically and Internationally Competent bringing the values and knowledge the Concord taught them.
