My name is Sejal Thatipamula, and I am a rising sophomore at Henry M. Jackson High School. I am thrilled to contribute to the Seattle nutrition education initiative by serving the community and showcasing my compassion towards health and wellness. My desire to help children with medical conditions, provide services and create health awareness for better living, strives my thoughts and aspirations in the field of pediatrics. I am also involved in various non-profit organizations, including CARE, where we work to raise awareness and funds for cancer research through participation in local events, as well as HOSA, where I presented on the impact of technology on adolescents' brain development. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, playing tennis, and biking with my friends and family. I believe that maintaining a healthy diet is important as it helps to protect us from many chronic noncommunicable dieases and is essential for good health and nutrition. I look forward to working with everyone to meet the health initiative goals and make a positive difference in communities around us.
