I am a rising freshman at Eastlake High School. I have always had a great interest in the field of health, and in the future I hope to work as a neurosurgeon. I have experience with competitions such as the Science Olympiad and National History Day, which have taught me dedication, resilience, and have sparked my interest in the field of science. I serve as a director of community outreach at the Seattle Neuroscience Initiative, where I help educate people about neuroscience. Outside of school, I have been learning classical dance (Bharatanatyam) for 8 years, and I also am an avid badminton player. Additionally, I am a passionate artist, frequently dabbling in mediums such as watercolor and oil. I joined the Seattle Nutrition Initiative because I hope to teach people about nutrition, and how nutrition can significantly impact quality of life.
