The App may offer both free and premium features through one-time purchases or subscriptions.
All payments are processed through the applicable app store, including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We do not collect or store your payment information. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
You may choose to provide information such as account details, alarm settings, preferences, routines, or other data necessary for using the App.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will operate without interruption or errors.
Alarms, notifications, reminders, or scheduled events will always be delivered or function without failure.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system version.
You acknowledge that device settings, operating system restrictions, battery optimization, or third-party services may affect alarm and notification delivery. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Falguni Parikh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including missed alarms, missed appointments, delayed notifications, loss of data, or any resulting losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will notify users through the App or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
