DESY Summer Program 2022

This program was honestly one of the most wonderful and nurturing experiences I have had. I got to know brilliant Chemistry and Physics students from around the world, as well as being instructed by top scientists in their fields at DESY. My research group was also exceptional, with Yahya Saleh and Andrey Yachmenev being my supervisors. The lectures dealt with photonics and high energy physics, and in the end some of the summer students (including myself) had the opportunity to present on their individual topic.
