CENTRAL LIBRARY

Established in 1970, our institution's central library has been an integral part of the college. Spanning nearly 12,000 square feet across two floors in the new building, the library boasts modern facilities and cutting-edge technology. Our aim is to provide students with a comprehensive collection of resources that cater to their academic and overall development.

The library's collection includes traditional textbooks, as well as materials on emerging areas such as management, environment, women's studies and gender, computer science, biotechnology, medicinal plants, clinical nutrition, and information science. Additionally, we offer books for competitive exams, current affairs, and general reading, ensuring a well-rounded collection that supports students' diverse interests and needs.

Our college library boasts a vast collection of approximately 67,000 books and journals covering various subjects and areas of interest. We subscribe to 39 journals, 14 popular magazines, and 11 newspapers. The library operates on an open-access system and offers fully computerized services.

We utilize the e-Granthalaya library software to automate housekeeping operations and provide OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) functions, enabling users to easily access the required documents. Additionally, the library subscribes to INFLIBNET-NLIST, ONOS, and DELNET, further expanding our resources.
