This Privacy Policy explains how Pen Pen Press ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile app Sneaker Head Boss (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
We do not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal or sensitive user data. Specifically:
No account, login, or sign-up is required.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers.
The App contains no advertising and uses no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
The App does not require internet access to play; core gameplay works fully offline.
The App saves your game progress and preferences locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. This may include your in-game store name, game history and scores, selected game version, and settings such as sound, theme, and whether you have seen the tutorial. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not accessible by us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes this information.
The App offers optional one-time upgrades (Standard and Pro). These purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchases are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. The App only receives confirmation that a purchase was completed, which it uses to unlock the corresponding features on your device.
The optional challenge feature lets you generate a code containing your chosen in-game name and score so a friend can add it to their leaderboard. You choose whether and how to share this code (for example, through a messaging app). We do not operate a server for this feature and do not receive this information.
Sneaker Head Boss is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for children, and complies with the Google Play Families Policy. Because the App does not collect any personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not serve ads and do not use the App to profile or track children.
We do not sell, trade, or share any user data, because we do not collect any.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
