However, it is now the responsibility of the employee to submit all accident/damage documentation and pre-use inspection (OF 296) or local inspection form and forward to the sm.fs.nerv@usda.gov with the plate number or IROC incident number ordered on upon conclusion of their assignment. Protect yourself by submitting this required documentation.
