NERV payment packaged are required after returning from assignment.  Failure to submit NERV payment packages within 7 days of returning from assignment will delay your availability for your next assignment.  

Please do not submit NERV payment packages to the email on the NERV coversheet.  NERV payment packages are reviewed by Fire Business after it is uploaded to the AD website and then submitted to NERV by Fire Business.  

• Write legibly or type Coversheet

• Annotate Beginning and Ending Mileage on Coversheet

• Job Code=Fire Code on Coversheet

• Upload all required documents listed on Coversheet in one PDF. Pictures will not be accepted.  

• Use the naming convention the the NERV coversheet when uploading to the AD Website

• Submit your NERV Payment Package
