Bring Red Card/Task Book
Bring Casual Hire Form (signed by Duty Officer)
Bring copy of Resource Order (if applicable)
Bring AD forms (blank travel voucher, blank incident performance rating, NERV paperwork, etc). Please review the AD Travel Submission, AD Payment Submission and NERV Pages.
Review the Single Resource AD SOP prior to assignment (information on travel, over per diem, etc)
