Great News! Our Online Enrollment Form is now ready!

For K-12 Basic Education (K1,K2, ELEM.,JHS, &SHS), you may now register online.

Register now via the online enrollment feature of google forms by following the general procedure below:

Step 1. Secure an email account

Gmail- www.accounts.google.com

Yahoo- www.login.yahoo.com

Step 2. Access the registration link https://bit.ly/3b61eCw

Step 3. Fill out the form completely then click "submit"

Step 4. For walk-in payment services, the accounting office is open from Mondays-Fridays, 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.

For online payments, simply go to the nearest pera padala centers or remittances.

Step 5. Wait for an email confirmation.

(The school will send you an email confirmation if you are already enrolled)

Step 6. For the new students, prepare your necessary documents to be submitted.

For the old students, be ready with your clearances and settle your tagged obligations.

1. Schedule for the submission of documents(NSO, Form 138, Good Moral, and etc.) will be posted as soon as it will be finalize.

2. Stay updated on this page for further announcement of the start of classes for S.Y. 2020-2021. We will be posting as soon as we will receive directives from DEPEd.
