SnapVid (hereafter referred to as "SnapVid" or "We") is dedicated to safeguarding and upholding Users' privacy and takes that responsibility very seriously. All of our decisions, including those regarding the collection, use, sharing, storage, and respect of users' personal data, are driven by this principle.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") applies to Users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Users") of our Video Saver App (hereinafter referred to as "Apps"). To fully understand when, why, and how We collect and process personal data, you must read this Policy in addition to any other privacy policies or fair processing policies we may offer on specific occasions. You have the right to stop using our apps at any time if You disagree in whole or in part with this Policy.
SnapVid retains the right to modify this Policy and any associated agreements at any time and without notification; such changes will be applicable immediately. You have the right to terminate the Services discussed here if you disagree. After our agreements have been updated, you will be considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the revised terms and conditions if you continue to use Video Saver's services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This Policy does NOT apply to any of the following situations: Any personal data or information collected by any third-party applications, websites, products, services, or platforms, even if they can be accessed through our apps; or Any personal data or information collected by other companies or groups that use our apps to offer advertising services. You should consult the applicable third party's privacy policies directly in such cases.
We collect Personal Data about you from different sources listed below. In this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, and does not include data whereby personally identifiable information has been removed (such as anonymous data).
There are types of data we will collect for features and functions of the apps, and other purposes will be described in “How and why we use personal information” in this document. In addition, we also present the consent dialog clearly to user in app.

Information like device type and operating system is collected to ensure that users do not need to purchase a new license after reinstalling their operating system. It also assists us in analyzing cyber threats by determining the prevalence of specific threats across various devices.

Storage access: The permission to access photos, videos, medias, and other files is used to read and display in app, which users can modify, delete the contents of their storage.
Usage data: When you access and use the Services, we receive and store information about interactions with our Services, including pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, browsing history, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.
Device data: We collect information about your device such as your mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 4G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
Cookies: Cookies are text files stored and accessed on a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s device, or to store information or settings in the device. This allows us to distinguish you from other users of our Services to remember your preferences, enable or enhancing functionality, and help us understand activity and patterns.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses
The Data is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Our App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us as set out in the “Contact Us” section below.
We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide features to you and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can't use it to identify you.

The storage periods are determined on a case-by-case basis.
You can log into your account in our app, and you can request for your account to be deleted. Users must have a readily discoverable option to initiate app account deletion.
When we delete an app account based on a user’s request, we delete the user data associated with that app account. We need to retain certain data for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, we informed you about your data retention above.
We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration and destruction of Personal Data we process.
Unfortunately, data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its security.
Again, We DO NOT store your personal data unless We otherwise express so in this Policy. In the case We retain your contact details (such as email address) and feedback/complaints on Google Sheets, We will delete such data as soon as You are satisfied with our response.
PLEASE NOTE THAT the photos, videos, or any other content You download with our Apps will be stored in your photo album, local folder, and/or local browser on your device(s), and will not be stored by us.
