Hey! We’re glad to have you apart of our community! This document outlines the community guidelines and rules that are enforced by our team.
It’s important to keep all conversations PG as, after all there is a lot of diversity in terms of age within our community.
DO NOT:
Send or request pornographic or sexually explicit material.
Send nude pictures to other people or request nudes from others.
Send or request gory or very graphic material.
Attempt to sell illicit goods to others.
Creating multiple accounts or lying about your age to gain access will result in a block. Please remember that there is a strict rule of one account per person, creating more than one account will result in a block.
Creating fake profiles and lying about other personal information will also result in a block.
Bully or being disrespectful to others is against our guidelines and will result in appropriate punishment as we see fit.
If you find someone who you think is engaging in activities that go against our guidelines we encourage you to report them to us.
4.1 The account is likely to engage in activities that are defined as explicit and not suitable for those aged under 18.

Here is a list of information we may collect from you when you request to follow or proceed with our application process.
Your DOB.
Your phone number.
Records of all interactions between you and us.
The country you are from.
Other publicly viewable information (such as your username, profile picture, photos you have shared on instagram, etc.)
Information you provide to us (such as your snapcode, snapchat username or photos of you.)
We may collect information from other 3rd people/organisations.
We may also collect other information, you can contact us at anytime if you’d like to see the information we have.
If at anytime you would like to know or manage the information we hold you may contact us. Note: if you request your information be deleted it may take up to 5 years for all information to be fully deleted from our system.
We may disclose the information we hold about you to 3rd party people/organisations (such as other shoutout accounts).
Although we do our best to ensure all data is kept safe and secure in the rare event of a data breach we will contact you within 14 business day(s) to inform you of such event.
We have internal procedures to protect our customers against further leakage of data when a breach occurs, for security reasons we cannot share these internal policies.
Do note: in the event of a data breach, leak or similar Snapchat Shoutouts Global is not responsible for paying any costs that may occur as a result of a data breach.
