1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the SnapSpend app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by the Developer as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

2. Information Collection and Use For a better experience while using our Service, the Application creates a user account requiring specific personally identifiable information.

Personal Data:

• Email Address & Name: Used for account creation, authentication, and data synchronization.

• User-Generated Content: The Application collects the financial data you input manually (expenses, categories, amounts) to provide the core tracking functionality.

Device Permissions:

• Camera: The Application requests access to your device's camera and product search. This is strictly used for the feature of scanning fiscal receipts to automate expense entry. We do not use the camera for any other purpose.

3. Financial Data and Payments

• Expense Data: We store the expense records you create on our secure servers to allow access across devices.

• Subscriptions: The Application offers paid subscriptions. We do not collect or store your credit card information. All payment transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription infrastructure and validate receipts.

4. Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through internal logging systems) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

5. Third-Party Service Providers The Application relies on the following third-party services for core functionality and subscription management:

• Google Play Services (for billing and app functionality).

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may process data related to your purchase history (e.g., transaction ID, expiration date) to validate your premium status. You can read RevenueCat's Privacy Policy here: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion We retain your personal data and expense records for as long as your account is active. Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, please contact our support team at snapspend.dev@gmail.com. Upon verification, your account and all data stored in our database will be permanently deleted.

7. Security We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

• Камера: Додаток запитує доступ до камери виключно для функції сканування фіскальних чеків і пошуку товарів. Ми не використовуємо камеру для інших цілей.

3. Фінансові дані та оплата

• Дані про витрати: Ми зберігаємо записи про витрати на наших серверах для синхронізації.

• Підписки: Додаток пропонує платні підписки. Ми не зберігаємо дані ваших банківських карток. Усі платежі обробляються через Google Play Billing. Для керування статусом підписки та перевірки чеків ми використовуємо сервіс RevenueCat.

4. Логування помилок У разі виникнення помилок у роботі Додатку, ми можемо збирати технічні дані (Log Data) для їх виправлення. Це може включати IP-адресу, модель пристрою, версію ОС та час виникнення помилки. Ці дані використовуються виключно для технічної підтримки.

5. Сторонні сервіси Додаток використовує сторонні сервіси для забезпечення роботи підписок та базового функціоналу:

• Google Play Services (обробка платежів).

• RevenueCat: Використовується для управління підписками. Цей сервіс обробляє технічні дані про ваші покупки (ID транзакції, термін дії підписки), щоб надати вам доступ до преміум-функцій.

6. Збереження та видалення даних Ми зберігаємо ваші дані, доки ваш акаунт є активним. Видалення акаунту: Ви маєте право видалити свій акаунт і всі пов'язані з ним дані. Для цього надішліть запит на snapspend.dev@gmail.com. Після обробки запиту ваш акаунт та всі дані в базі даних будуть безповоротно видалені.

7. Безпека Ми вживаємо розумних заходів для захисту ваших даних, проте жоден метод передачі даних через Інтернет не є на 100% безпечним.

8. Конфіденційність дітей Сервіс не призначений для осіб віком до 13 років.
