This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the Snap Cleaner mobile application (the “App”) and the services provided through it (together with the App, the “Service”), how such personal data will be used, shared.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU PROMISE US THAT (I) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND (II) YOU ARE OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE (OR HAVE HAD YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN READ AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY FOR YOU). If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Service. In such case, you must contact the support team via email to (a) request deletion of your data; and (b) cancel any subscriptions using the functionality provided by Apple (if you are using iOS) or Google (if you are using Android); and (c) delete the App from your device.
“GDPR” means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
“EEA” includes all current member states to the European Union and the European Economic Area.
“Process”, in respect of personal data, includes to collect, store, and disclose to others.

PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER
GM UniverseApps Limited, a company registered in the Cyprus (with mailing address at 26 Stavrou Street, Strovolos 2034, Nicosia, Cyprus) will be the controller of your personal data.
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect data you give us voluntarily (for example, when you contact us for technical support and provide us with your name and email address). We also collect data automatically (for example, your IP address, device type, etc.).
2.1 Data you give us
We will ask you to provide your email when you decide to register in the Service through this option. You can also provide us with your email and/or name when you contact our support or customer service team, along with any screenshots or information that you or we believe would assist in resolving the issue. During assistance calls, you may also share your screen to help us identify and address errors and other functionality issues. We may also ask you to voluntarily undergo certain surveys via Typeform, and we will obtain information about how you answered survey questions.
2.2 Data provided by third parties
When you use sign in with Apple to register an account in the Service, we get personal data from your Apple ID account. This data includes your email address. You may choose to share your real email address or an anonymous one that uses the private email relay service. Apple will show you their detailed privacy information on the sign in with Apple screen. 2.3 Data we collect automatically:
- 2.3.1 Data about how you found us:We collect data about your referring URL (that is, the place on the Web where you were when you tapped on our ad).
- 2.3.2 Device and Location data:We collect data from your mobile device. Examples of such data include: language settings, IP address, time zone, type and model of a device, device settings, operating system, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, hardware ID, and Facebook ID.
- 2.3.4 Usage data:We record how you interact with our Service. For example, we log your taps on certain areas of the interface, the features, and content you interact with, how often you use the App, how long you are in the App, what sections you use, and your subscription orders.
- 2.3.4 Advertising IDs:We collect your Apple Identifier for Advertising (“IDFA”) or Google Advertising ID (“AAID”) (depending on the operating system of your device). You can typically reset these numbers through the settings of your device’s operating system (but we do not control this).
- 2.3.5 Cookies:We may use cookies that is a small text file that is stored on a user’s device for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can be either session cookies or persistent cookies. A session cookie expires when you close your App and is used to make it easier for you to navigate our Service. A persistent cookie remains on your device for an extended period of time. We may also use tracking pixels that set cookies to assist with delivering online advertising.
2.4 Google API Services Usage Disclosure
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide us with access to your Google data, our use of that data is subject to these additional restrictions:
- We will only use access to read or control Gmail message metadata (including information about attachments), headers and message content to provide a web extension that allows users to process (delete/move/archive/unsubscribe from) emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law.
- We will not use Gmail data for serving advertisements.
- We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or to comply with applicable law.
3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data:
3.1 To provide our Service
This includes enabling you to use the Service in a seamless manner and preventing or addressing Service errors or technical issues.
To host personal data and enable our App to operate and be distributed, we use Amazon Web Services, which is a hosting and backend service provided by Amazon.
To monitor infrastructure and the App’s performance, we use Crashlytics, which is a monitoring service provided by Google. Here’s its Data Collection Policy.
We use Firebase Performance Monitoring and Firebase Crash Reporting, which are monitoring services provided by Google.
3.2 To customize your experience
We process your personal data, to adjust the content of the Service and make offers tailored to your personal preferences.
3.3 To provide you with customer support
We process your personal data to respond to your requests for technical support, Service information or to any other communication you initiate.
3.4 To communicate with you regarding your use of our Service
We may communicate with you, for example, by push notifications. These may include reminders or other information about the App. To opt out of receiving push notifications, you need to change the settings on your device.
The services that we use for these purposes may collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by our users, as well as when they interacted with it.
3.5 To research and analyze your use of the Service
This helps us to better understand our business, analyze our operations, maintain, improve, innovate, plan, design, and develop the App and our new products.
To perform research and analysis about how users interact with our App we use Appsflyer, Facebook Analytics, Firebase Remote Config, Amplitude, Firebase Analytics, and Typeform.
3.6 To send you marketing communications
We process your personal data for our marketing campaigns. We may add your email address to our marketing list. If you do not want to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe following instructions in the footer of the marketing emails.
3.7 To personalize our ads
We and our partners use your personal data to tailor ads and possibly even show them to you at the relevant time.
How to opt out or influence personalized advertising
- iOS:On your iPhone or iPad, go to “Settings,” then “Privacy” and tap “Advertising” to select “Limit Ad Track”.
- Android:Open the Google Settings app, tap “Ads” and enable “Opt out of interest-based ads”.
3.8 To enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use and to prevent and combat fraud
We use personal data to enforce our agreements and contractual commitments, to detect, prevent, and combat fraud.
3.9 To comply with legal obligations
We may process, use, or share your data when the law requires it, in particular, if a law enforcement agency requests your data by available legal means.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

- To perform our contract with you;

1. Service providers: Cloud storage (Amazon Web Services), data analytics (Facebook, Google, Appsflyer, Firebase, Crashlytics, Amplitude, Typeform), marketing partners (Meta, Google).

Data may be transferred outside your country, with safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA-originated data.

Data is stored as long as necessary for service provision, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
12. HOW “DO NOT TRACK” REQUESTS ARE HANDLED
The App does not support “Do Not Track” requests; check third-party policies for compliance.

14.Terms for Sharing Consumption Data and User Consent
1. Collection and Purpose of Consumption Data
We may collect consumption-related information generated during your use of the App ("Consumption Data"), including but not limited to: usage records of consumable in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions, consumption status, interaction data related to refund requests, usage duration, purchase amounts, and refund preferences.
Such data will only be used to assist Apple App Store in evaluating your refund requests and optimizing the refund processing workflow, and will not be used for other purposes.
2. Precondition for Data Sharing: Explicit User Consent
Before sending your Consumption Data to Apple App Store, we will strictly ensure that we have obtained your explicit and valid consent. Your consent must meet the following criteria:
Voluntariness: Consent must be actively provided by you; we will not obtain consent through pre-checked boxes, bundled authorizations, or other coercive methods.
Clarity: We will inform you in clear and understandable language of: the scope of shared data (i.e., the aforementioned Consumption Data), the recipient (Apple App Store), the purpose (solely for refund request evaluation), and your right to withdraw consent at any time.
Revocability: You may disable data sharing permissions at any time via "Settings > Privacy > Consumption Data Authorization" within the App. Upon withdrawal of consent, we will immediately cease sending your Consumption Data to Apple.
We will only submit your Consumption Data to Apple via the App Store Server API after receiving your explicit consent, and solely in response to Apple’s CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications (i.e., when you initiate a refund request). If you do not consent, we will not respond to such notifications or share any data.
3. Data Processing and Protection
We will only send Consumption Data to Apple within 12 hours of receiving a refund request notification, and strictly in the format and scope required by Apple.
Apple will process this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, solely for refund evaluation, and will not use the data for third-party marketing purposes.
If you wish to access or delete Consumption Data already shared with Apple, you may submit a request directly through privacy.apple.com.
4. Distinction from Other Authorizations
The consent for sharing Consumption Data under these terms is separate from "App Tracking Transparency." We will not use the App Tracking Transparency popup to obtain consent for the purposes outlined herein; these are independent authorization mechanisms.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, and consent to our processing and sharing of your Consumption Data in accordance with the above rules, provided such sharing is based on your explicit authorization.
