Privacy Policy for Arrow Puzzle Escape Max
Updated: 29 October 2026
This policy covers Arrow Puzzle Escape Max (Android package com.snakeescape.max), previously named Snake Escape Max / Snakes 2 – Puzzle Escape. Contact: sponsorme360@gmail.com. No game account or login is required.
Information stored on your device
The game stores progress, streaks, tutorial status, preferences, and local ad-engagement counts in private app storage. SDK-reported ad revenue may be stored locally by currency and precision. We do not upload your game save file to a developer-operated server. Reset Progress clears progression and the local ad profile; clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes local app data.
Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads for banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. In versions that offer rewarded level skipping, a skip requires confirmation that the reward was earned. Google and advertising partners may collect and share IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, performance information, advertising IDs, app set IDs and other applicable identifiers for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Identifier availability depends on device settings. We do not request precise GPS location.

Gameplay analytics in the forthcoming update
The analytics update is being tested and is not yet released on Google Play. Versions containing this update are designed to enable Meta App Events automatically where the configured consent checks permit it; there is no in-game analytics toggle. Remote analytics remains blocked where required consent has not been established. Events cover installation and app activation, level starts and clears, wrong taps, retries, hints, skips, session duration and ad outcomes. A completed level also sends Meta’s standard level-achievement event. Properties are limited to level number, mode, mistake and heart counts, duration, ad format and outcome. These help us understand difficulty, improve the game and measure advertising performance. We do not add names, email addresses, save files, precise location or a developer-created player ID to these events.
Meta's SDK also processes technical app, device, SDK-identifier and network information under its policies. Our integration disables automatic app-event logging, metadata/product-improvement logging and advertising-ID collection for Meta analytics. This does not disable the separate AdMob processing described above.

Privacy choices
Where required, versions containing the analytics update ask separately for Meta measurement consent. Choosing “Do not consent” or dismissing that choice keeps Meta reporting blocked. You can revisit this choice through Settings → Privacy choices. The consent choice and its timestamp are stored locally on your device. Consenting to Google’s advertising message does not automatically grant this separate Meta permission. Withdrawing consent stops new Meta event submissions; it does not recall information already submitted.
Where required and available, advertising privacy choices can be opened from Settings. Android provides advertising-ID and app-notification controls; options vary by OS version. Google ad preferences: https://myadcenter.google.com/. Sound and vibration controls do not control advertising or analytics data.
Local reminders
The game stores up to 14 days of play-window history, at most 96 entries, locally. If Android notifications are allowed, it may schedule up to two local reminders daily near your usual play window, at least 90 minutes apart and outside 9 pm–8 am quiet hours. Opening the game cancels that day's remaining reminders. Android may delay delivery. Turn notifications off in Android settings. This local reminder history is not uploaded.
Retention, deletion and rights
Clearing local data does not delete information already processed by Google or Meta. Those providers determine retention for information independently held by them; we do not promise a retention period we cannot control. Use their privacy tools for provider-held information. Contact sponsorme360@gmail.com for access, correction, deletion or other applicable requests concerning information under our control. Stopping collection does not recall previously submitted events.
If you email us, we use your address and message to respond and investigate, retaining correspondence only as needed for your request, follow-up and applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information.
Permissions, children and security
The app uses internet/network access, advertising-ID permission, vibration, and Android notification/boot permissions for applicable features. It does not request contacts, camera, microphone, photos, shared files or precise location. The game does not ask players to enter an age, name or contact details during gameplay; third-party SDK processing can still occur. Parents or guardians may contact us about concerns.
Providers may process information outside your country. Google describes its advertising data as encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method offers an absolute security guarantee.
Changes and contact
We update this page when practices change. The forthcoming-update section applies when that update becomes available; it does not assert that the current Play release already contains analytics. Contact: sponsorme360@gmail.com.
