•To allow students to request status changes from administrators.

•Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication, database hosting (Firestore), push notifications (FCM), and crash reporting.

•WhatsApp: The app provides a feature to redirect requests to an administrator via WhatsApp. No data is shared with WhatsApp unless you explicitly initiate a message.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We use commercially acceptable means (Firebase Security Rules) to protect your Personal Data.
5. User Rights (Data Deletion)
Users have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on them. If you wish to delete your account or have your data removed from our database, please contact the System Administrator or reach out to us at the contact email provided below.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
