Soft Matter: Young Investigators e- Meet 2020 (e-SMYIM)
3 - 5 December 2020
The soft matter young investigator meet (SMYIM) aims to bring together soft matter scientists and engineers to present their research ideas and to encourage new and fruitful collaboration. The meeting is an attempt to connect a rapidly growing interdisciplinary group working on colloidal/polymer/granular matter-dynamics, self-assembly of mesoscopic structures, and the interface of soft matter, chemistry, and biology, to enhance the quality of soft matter science through fruitful discussions by bringing scientist together.
SMYIM started seven years back, and the previous meetings in Pondicherry (2014 and 2015), Goa (2016), Shimla (2018), and Shilong (2019) were very successful. To continue this process, the 2020 SMYIM meeting was scheduled to be held at Mysore, Karnataka. Under the current circumstances, it is reorganized to be an online event (e-SMYIM). We invite you to participate in the meeting.
By participating, you will :
Get an opportunity to meet other early career soft matter researchers in the country
Build collaborations
Interact for 2.5 days in an informal setting in an atmosphere conducive for extended discussions
Watch on Youtube Live during 3-5 Dec: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3Jib6l-jlM
