Bulk Trash Guidelines
The HOA has enacted bulk trash guidelines that are more restrictive than the City of Scottsdale, in order to avoid the possibility of trash on the curb almost two weeks each month. To download 2026 schedule click HERE. Please see the HOA's guidelines below.
BULK TRASH PICK-UP
1. Landscaping debris may only be placed seven (7) days prior to the week of the City of Scottsdale’s bulk trash pickup.
2. Non-Landscaping debris/trash may only be placed three (3) days prior to the week of the City of Scottsdale’s bulk trash pickup.
3. To qualify for bulk pick-up trash/debris must be too big to fit in your curbside container.
4. Large boxes must be broken down and only placed for bulk pick-up if it cannot fit in your curbside container.
5. All Qualifying bulk debris/trash must:
a. Not be placed onto the sidewalk, but rather next to it in the homeowner’s front yard.
b. Items must be neatly stacked to occupy as little space as possible.
