Zeniwave built the SMS Pro: Text & Messenger app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Zeniwave at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at SMS Pro: Text & Messenger unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

User Data Privacy (Personal Infomation):

- - We do not collect any user names or anything related to their names
  - We do not collect User IDs, information related to user identification such as an account ID, account number, or account name.
  - We do not collect user 's phone number and user 's email
  - We do not collect users' SMS/MMS messages such as outgoing and incoming text messages, users' multimedia messages...
  - We only collect logs data related to user behavior when accessing the application such as how many times messages are opened, how many times contacts are opened and other application logs data to diagnose and fix bugs or crashes, or to make future performance improvements.Collected logs data will be sent to Google's firebase.
  - We use some permissions related to the user's phone number for the purpose of serving the requirements of the default messaging application as well as identifying the user sending the message, and the recipient of the message.
  - We do not collect messages, contacts, and they will not be collected or sold to other parties. Message data, contacts are only used to serve the default messaging application.

App Permission:

• READ,SEND AND WRITE SMS ,SMS_RECEIVE: permission required to read, write and send SMS/MMS messages

• READ CONTACTS: allows you to select the contacts you want to send SMS/MMS messages to

• POST NOTIFICATION,: allows you to receive SMS notification

• WAKE LOCK,: allows you to receive SMS notification on lock screen

We are not storing any of your personal data, images, photos, audios or videos in any of our servers, and we don’t sell your data to anyone. Whatever data is collected is for the sole purpose of providing our Services to you

SMS/Call Log sensitivity permission will serve the following purposes:

- Default SMS handler . The app only has access to SMS/Call log when it is set as the system default SMS app. The application will not be able to access any SMS/Call log when it is not the default

- Spam message blocking feature: this is a feature of the application, if you do not have the Default SMS handler permission, the application cannot use this feature. If the application can read SMS, it will be able to block spam, so without SMS/Call log the application becomes useless.

Information Collection and Use

I guarantee that app data is collected for analysis and debugging purposes and is not sold to other parties. Contact information , call logs and messages will not be collected.

SMS Pro: Text & Messenger app only collects data needed for debugging and analysis to improve the app. This data includes, but is not limited to, app interaction information and is securely stored on Google's Firebase. We are committed to protecting your personal information and only using this data for the stated purpose.

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we display a privacy disclosure inside the app where users can unambiguously provide their consent for the collection of the data described in the present terms. User consent is collected and stored inside the app and can be revoked by the user at any time by resetting the app storage from their Android settings (Apps > Messages > Storage > Manage Storage > Clear Data) or by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Users may also exercise their right to be forgotten by third-party advertisers by resetting their Android Advertising identifier in their Android settings (Privacy or Google then Ads > Reset Advertising ID) or by contacting directly any of our advertisement providers listed in the ‘Advertisement’ section.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third-party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose the information we have, which is non-personal and anonymized
Business TransfersIn the event that Biggerpan is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your personal information may not be sold or transferred as part of that transaction, while the Log Data and Usage Information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

SMS Pro: Text & Messenger application is not designed to attract or be used by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 18 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
