Research Overview

The Riyadh Lab is working in the intersection of precision spectroscopy, material science, and artificial intelligence. We utilize Continuous-Wave Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CW-CRDS) for ultra-sensitive trace gas sensing and environmental monitoring.

In parallel, our materials division employs state-of-the-art characterization techniques, including FDTR, AFM, and SEM, to investigate the thermal and structural properties of 2D nanomaterials. We are also advancing the field by incorporating Machine Learning algorithms to enhance spectroscopic precision and automate data analysis.
