Ananya Garg is a full-time Ph.D. Research Scholar working under the supervision of Dr. Satyendra Kumar Mourya in the Smart Materials & Sensing Devices (SMSD) Lab, Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani, Pilani Campus.
Her current research focuses on the design and simulation of micro- and nano-electronic devices using wide and ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors. At SMSD Lab, she is part of a multidisciplinary team exploring novel semiconductor architectures, device physics, and fabrication techniques aimed at advancing the frontiers of smart sensing and electronics.
