Welcome to our Messages ("App"), developed by Daily Tools app ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our App or related services ("Services"). Our aim is to be transparent about our data practices while ensuring your privacy is protected in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"), and Google Play policies.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of our End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Any capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the EULA.
We collect specific types of information to provide, maintain, and improve the functionality of the App. Below is an overview of the data we collect and how we use it:
The App enables you to manage SMS data, set it as your default SMS application, organize messages, display conversations, manage chats, and schedule messages. All data related to chats and conversations, including contact names, mobile numbers, conversation details, messages, blocked numbers, and related information, is stored locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.
We may collect anonymized usage data, such as which features you use and how frequently, to enhance the App’s performance and user experience. This data is collected via third-party services like Firebase Analytics and is not linked to personally identifiable information.
To optimize the App’s performance and compatibility, we may collect details about your device, including the hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This information is anonymized and used solely for technical improvements.
All message and contact-related data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers. Any analytics data collected through third-party services, such as Firebase, is anonymized to prevent identification.
We implement robust security measures, including encryption and periodic security audits, to safeguard your personal data. While we strive to protect your information, no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App requires certain permissions to function effectively. Below, we outline each permission, its purpose, and how it is used. All permissions align with Google Play policies and prioritize user privacy.
