Perfect Stay

We stayed 4 days to check on our house build in the area. Smores and More was so comfortable and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the outdoors while there. House is beautifully decorated, good cookware, coffee pot, and dishes. The community is adorable with similar homes. Tomas was very pleasant and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

Great place to stay for a quick visit! I was in town with a few friends to catch a show at The Caverns and it was a perfect distance and spot for the night! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood -- literally a Retreat! Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and even checked out the dock for a nice breath of fresh air! Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm in town!

Wonderful little house in a great neighborhood. Very easy access to hiking and visitors center. Clean and cozy, comfortable beds and pillows, and high quality cooking utensils and dishes which is rare for a rental. Our kids loved the loft.

We really enjoyed our stay at s’mores and more.  The accommodations were perfect and they even had a little welcome s’mores kit when we arrived which I thought was really thoughtful.  We would definitely come back again if it weren’t for the outrageous price it was just to stay 2 days.  Cottage was perfect…priced way over what it should be. It’s Tracy city, not the beach.  We were here for a wedding so the options were limited on where to stay so we booked anyway, but not worth what we paid.

We have stayed in the Waters Edge resort before and we truly love the area. The layout of this home was perfect and felt like we had plenty of room. I absolutely loved the front porch. Looking forward to coming back again!! We appreciated the surprise check-in gift!!!

We stayed at the S’mores and more tiny house. Perfect layout in all the right places of the house. Bedrooms are roomy, the walk in closets are a huge bonus, the bathrooms are nice with a large roomy shower. The living room area is spacious. You will feel like you are at home. The Retreat at Waters Edge is convenient to lots of eateries. You can find whatever you need easily. I highly recommend a stay…plan that extra night, too, you will thank me later!

Retreat at Water’s Edge is breathtakingly beautiful. The trees offer a sense of enchantment as soon as you enter the gates. We had the pleasure of staying at the S’mores and more tiny house. We were delighted as soon as we turned in the driveway, it is a lovely home. Walking through the front door felt like coming home. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. We had everything we could need provided and were not in need of any of the basics. Thank you for such a relaxing atmosphere to be able to retreat to during our crazy busy weekend filled with our son’s wedding.

Great little place super close to some of Tennessee’s best hiking. Super convenient to meet up with family between Nashville and Chattanooga. Kids loved the loft sleeping area, and we all enjoyed the fire pit. We’ll be back!

Pictures don't do this house justice. The Holiday decorations were beautiful. The grandkids loved the tree. There was a nice welcome gift basket with everything you need for s'mores! It's packed with everything you need. My son thinks the hat was his. This house does not disappoint! Thank you for allowing my family the opportunity to stay in S'mores and More!! Love it!!!

When viewing homes to stay the weekend - S'mores and More really caught my eye because everything was new and clean.  The house looks just like the photos.  You won't be dissapointed.  And yes, it is a tiny home - but it feels much more spacious than it looks from the outsite.  We never felt cramped or crowded.

Such a quaint private getaway that encourages time spent with loved ones instead of constant entertainment.  The air was crisp, and the landscape beautiful. The hiking was amazing, and we had everything we needed in the cabin.  Highly recommend, especially if you're just looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville and experience God's beauty with your family for a few days.  Mountain Goat Market is a MUST while you're here, the food was AMAZING!!!!

This was our second stay at a Retreat Tiny Home and it was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone and having 2 bathrooms with having young kids was PERFECT!  The walk to the Docks wasn’t long, location to grocery store, food, ect was good, super easy drive.  We really enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores and the open layout was perfect for having front porch sitting and kids inside - eyes were always on them. We will most def return!

The S’mores and More house was the perfect size for our family of 5. We even had an extra bed that we didn’t even use. It was nice that the owners allowed pets. We brought our 2 doggies, it was their first road trip with us. The house was so beautiful inside and out. The beds were very very comfortable and sheets were super soft. The lake wasn’t far at all from the house.  We loved waking to the lake to let kids and doggies play. We were able to swim, paddle board and go fishing on a john boat. The house was super clean and I am a hard one to please when it comes to cleanliness. The thoughtfulness of the owners was a very nice touch. My sisters rented other houses this same weekend and they did not receive the thoughtfulness that we did at S’mores and More. We felt special! House was very well stocked. We had a question about check out and the response was super fast. It was nice that we didn’t have to have towels and linens washed or even started in the wash before leaving. We were able to enjoy our time right up until having to leave and not worrying about doing laundry. So it was a super easy check out. The town had a 4th of July parade on the 3rd and it was one of the best parades! So many people in this cute little town came out to be in this parade. Then there were fireworks at the Tracy Elementary school that night. The people in this town are so so so nice! The locals are so very kind, helpful, and patient with all the out of towners. Make sure you visit the downtown bakery, Hank’s Corner, Mexicano Restaurato, and The Mountain Goat. We were told that Al Capone’s Place is another great place to eat. We loved everything about our stay at S’mores and More at The Retreat. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time with family!

The property was exactly what was promised. It was a place half way between my brother from IN and myself from FL.  We were able to have a happy time together.  We even used the fire pit to make S'mores as the name suggested.  We walked the resort which is being built and I can see much promise with the area.

We loved our stay at S’mores n More, albeit the one detail we hoped for (and didn’t prepare) was actually s’mores. This little house was awesome, perfectly advertised and would happily be back. Wish we could have stayed longer… or forever!

Our stay at the Little House was outstanding. The accommodations met everything we were looking for in our getaway. The firepit was awesome for making smores. Our first day trying to find the house was an issue. Our GPS took us to the theater down the street. Once we got to the resort trying to find the house in the dark and rain was difficult due to limited lighting. We would recommend this getaway to family and friends.

We stayed in the S'Mores & More tiny home for our fall break and it was absolutely beautiful! The space was very spacious and the build of the space was phenomenal. We had 4 adults and one child and it was more than enough room. All the kitchen and fit pit tools were on hand (outside of firewood--which you can request). The outdoor scenery was very refreshing and the community was beautiful to walk around to see the existing and new builds. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and relaxing around the fire pit. The S'mores & More tiny home was far from the road and gave us quite a pit of privacy. We HIGHLY recommend this home or any home in the community!
