Hi, I’m Joel, the person behind Smoove Computers.
I spent 7 years serving on Apple’s Genius Bar, where I helped thousands of people troubleshoot, repair, recover, and truly understand their devices. That role taught me how to solve problems efficiently and how to explain technology in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming.
After Apple, I spent 6 years as a PC streamer, building and maintaining high-performance Windows systems, custom PCs, and streaming setups. That experience gave me deep, hands-on knowledge of PCs, gaming rigs, audio/video chains, performance tuning, and real-time troubleshooting when things have to work.
Today, I combine both worlds—Apple reliability and PC flexibility—to offer thoughtful, no-nonsense tech consulting for individuals and small businesses.
