I have a strong research background on molecular biology and stem cell biology as well as I am well adept in computational biology, all of these are high priorities in medical research. My research interest is primarily focused on understanding disease mechanisms of endocrine disorders including diabetes and congenital hyperinsulinism as well as cancer. I love to utilize both wet-lab and computational biology approaches in my works. I am very much passionate to translate academic research works into industrial applications.

I have received my doctoral degree from the University of Manchester, one of the top-ranked universities of the world with the financial support of the very prestigious Commonwealth Scholarships, UK. Before that, I did my graduation and post-graduation from the Department of Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
