I have a strong research background in molecular biology and stem cell biology as well as I am well adept in computational biology, all of which are high priorities in medical research. My research interest is primarily focused on understanding disease mechanisms of different types of cancer and developing low-cost diagnostic methods. I am also working on endocrine disorders, including diabetes and congenital hyperinsulinism. I love to utilize both wet-lab and computational biology approaches in my work. I am very much passionate about translating academic research works into industrial applications.

I received my doctoral degree from the University of Manchester, one of the world's top-ranked universities, with the financial support of the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarships, UK. Before that, I completed my graduation and post-graduation from the Department of Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
