Note: Booking times are flexible just book the 8 or 10 am and then if you want me to come at a different time you can email or call me with the information below. If it is a longer wash I will ask to start earlier cause I would like to be finished before sundown. Also when you request a time it will ask me if I can do it and If I decline I will let you know so you can reschedule. Also, there may be weekday available times call me and I can let you know what I can do. Expect to not be able to use your car for 10 hours after we arrive if you do need to use your car you will be expected to pay full price and you will need to rebook in order for us to complete the wash. Lastly you are expected to have read our service policy below before you book and if you dont we are not responisble for any related damages.
Service Policy
We do not perform paint/body work correction so any deep scratches or dings we will try but will likely not be able to get out. Same goes with the interior we will try to fix any stains or scratches but if we cant get them out then we can't.
The Freshen Up wash is meant to bridge the gap between the 6 month complete packages and if you order a freshen up without having ever gotten a complete wash do not expect a long lasting wash with extreme detail and clarity. It will still look good but not to the same level as a properly supplemented Complete Wash.
We would recommend one Complete Package every 6 months due to the products lifespans that we put on your car. Most of our products are rated to look fresh for 6 months with proper supplementing of Freshen ups. If your complete package does not last 6 months we are not liable you can voice concern and we may change our products but likely it is because you were not properly washing your car in between Complete Packages.
Nevertheless, our goal is to do the best job we can and we will ask you if you are happy with your wash at the end and if you see any problems we will do our best to fix them before we leave.
Please remove any toxic waste like human/pet waste and bodily fluids and anything that you care about getting damaged or lost in the process of us cleaning your car prior to our arrival.
It is your responsibility to let us know if there is anything on the car that is broken or about to break before we wash so that we can be extra careful around that part of the car. We are not responsible for any scratches, swirl marks, dents, stains, tears in fabrics and leathers, any electrical or mechanical problems. We will try our best to not cause any problems to the car but we are not responsible for any blemishes caused by our cleaning process. If we purposefully or knowingly break anything on the car we will let you know and we can come to an agreement on a solution to fix the problem.
