Mae Klong Railway Market is a local market in Samut Songkhram Province. It is considered one of the most amazing-Thai attractions in the province. Spreading over a 100-metre length, the market is a common fresh market selling seafood, vegetable, fruits, fresh and dried food, meats and other miscellaneous goods. Mae Klong Railway Market is open from 6.00 a.m. -6.00 p.m. The market is called life-risking market because its stalls are attached to the Mae Klong-Ban Laem railway, which is a short railway line running from and to Mahachai and Mae Klong. Vendors at the market put out parasols or canvas to protect themselves against the sun. The shelters stick into the railway where visitors walk and do their shopping. When each signal of the arriving train rings, chaos happens: vendors will rush to close their parasols and canvas, along with clearing all goods that will obstruct the coming train at a great speed. Once the train passes, parasols and canvas will be reopened as goods are again put into their usual place next to the railroad. Tourists will definitely find the scene exciting and enjoyable to visit. Trains will arrive at Mae Klong Station at 8.30 a.m. & 11.10 a.m.
Samut Songkhram – Don Hoi Lot – Razor Blade Beach: a sandbar off the coast of Samut Songkhram Province at the northwestern tip of the Bay of Bangkok. The sediments of the Mae Klong River together sediments from the sea form a system of mudflats, which are populated by razor clams (Solen regularis), which also gave the site its Thai name. The site has the largest population of this species, which is endemic to the northern Gulf of Thailand. Also 18 bird and 42 invertebrate species are recorded at the mudflats and the adjoining coastal mangrove forests. The mudflat Don Nai is on the coast. Don Hoi Lot is named after the tubular shellfish, known as Razor Clams or "worm shells" in English.

Its remains, characterized by the prang (reliquary towers) and gigantic monasteries, give an idea of its past splendour. The Historic City of Ayutthaya is well-known as one of the world’s largest cities of its time and a major political, economic and religious center, many visitors recorded facts about the city and their experiences there. The Siamese Royal Court also kept meticulous records; many were destroyed in the sack of the city, but some have remained and are an important source of authenticity. The same can be said for the testimony of works of art, wall painting, sculpture, and palm leaf manuscripts which survive from the period.
