• Optional Tour & Sightseeing activity: In the foothills of Kulen Mountain, lies the Bos Thom Community Forest, 1100 acres of protected forest inhabited by the former elephants of Angkor. For 22 years, these elephants have given rides to visitors in the temples of the world heritage site. Today, they roam free in their natural habitat and are living testimony of a changing world. With 75 remaining captive elephants in Cambodia, the protection of this amazing animal is more critical than ever. A visit to the Kulen Elephant Forest will not only help the elephants of Angkor but all elephants in Cambodia as we believe in the power of education and tourism as drivers for conservation.

• We will possibly call it a day with our late night visit to Asana Wooden House. This Old wooden house was previously the home of a khmer family that lived here. The house has been built in the late 60's. The building remains the last traditional house in the Old market district and is now considered as a testimony to Siem Reap's fast urbanisation. Here we can enjoy a khmer herbal cocktail or a wonderful glass of Chardonnay wine while we relax and are seated on simple rice bags. There's always a magnificent vibe around this place.

Day 06 - Khmer Culinary Day (B)

Experience walking around the local market to find fresh ingredients for the dishes before making your way to a local’s house for the private cooking class. Learn valuable tricks and tips on preparing Cambodian cuisines from your local expert and try your hands at cooking 4 authentic Khmer cuisines that include the savory Fish Amok and the famous Tom Yum.
