MeCCA has been successful in garnering the attention of a few MISMEs in the past few months it has been active - we believe that it is because of the aims of this particular project, which are to help MISMEs reduce their costs on time-consuming work that takes up many work hours with little or minimal return on investment, and to help people in need of additional income to earn some money doing work remotely.

Specifics: We need to develop a membership-based portal that allows 3 different types of access:

• General access (public access of the site where no membership is required)

• Member-based access (where members can see their account status, their purchases, their income, and their benefits)

• Administrative access (where the relevant data is managed and matters that are not automated can be manually changed for both general and member view)

Hours Assigned: 10 hrs per block - each block is on a progressive scale whereby we work on deliverables before the next step. What constitutes a block is to be decided together by both parties.

Rate: RM 9/hr
