Bu gizlilik politikası, Smart Notes ("Uygulama") mobil uygulaması için geçerlidir. Uygulama, Enis ("Geliştirici") tarafından bir not alma hizmeti olarak sunulmaktadır.
This privacy policy applies to the Smart Notes ("Application") mobile application. The Application is provided by Enis ("Developer") as a note-taking service.
2. Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanımı / Information Collection and Use
Uygulama, kullanıcıların notlarını cihazlarında yerel olarak saklamasına olanak tanır.
Kişisel Veriler: Uygulama, adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya telefon numaranız gibi kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgileri toplamaz, saklamaz veya paylaşmaz.
Yerel Depolama: Tüm notlarınız ve verileriniz cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında (Hive veritabanı) saklanır. Bu verilere Geliştirici dahil hiç kimse erişemez.
The Application allows users to store their notes locally on their devices.
Personal Data: The Application does not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Local Storage: All your notes and data are stored in your device's local storage (Hive database). No one, including the Developer, can access this data.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri / Third-Party Services
Uygulama, veri toplayan üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanmamaktadır. Uygulama reklam içermez veya kullanıcı takibi yapmaz.
The Application does not use third-party services that collect data. The Application does not contain advertisements or track users.
4. İzinler / Permissions
Uygulama, temel işlevlerini yerine getirebilmek için aşağıdaki izinleri isteyebilir:
Bildirimler: Not hatırlatıcılarını göndermek için kullanılır.
Alarm ve Titreşim: Hatırlatıcıların zamanında çalışması için gereklidir.
The Application may request the following permissions to perform its core functions:
Notifications: Used to send note reminders.
Alarm and Vibration: Required for reminders to work on time.
5. Çocukların Gizliliği / Children's Privacy
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Herhangi bir veri toplanmadığı için çocukların gizliliği korunmaktadır.
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, children's privacy is protected.
6. Değişiklikler / Changes
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığında yürürlüğe girer.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
