AI Features
CV Maker offers an optional AI writing assistant. AI features are not required to use the app. If you choose to use them, the details you enter (such as your name, target role, experience, education, skills, and background) are sent to our AI service provider to generate resume content and suggestions.
We use OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) as our AI provider, which processes your request using OpenAI's GPT‑4o‑mini model. Your information is sent solely to generate your CV. We do not use your resume content to identify you personally or for advertising.
Automatically Collected Information
We do not collect analytics, usage tracking, or crash reports within the app. Limited technical information (such as device type, operating system version, and basic diagnostics) may be made available to us by the App Store as part of standard app distribution.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
Generate resumes and CVs
Provide optional AI writing assistance
Process purchases and subscriptions
Respond to support requests
Maintain security and prevent abuse
Data Storage
Your resume and CV drafts and exported PDFs are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or back up your documents to our servers.
