Effective Date: October 8, 2026
New Affiliate Skool ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Smart Text Tools mobile application (the "Application").
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Application, how that information is used, and your choices regarding your information.
By downloading or using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Smart Text Tools does not require you to create an account, log in, create a profile, or provide your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or other personally identifiable information in order to use the Application.
The Application is primarily designed to provide text-related tools and does not require users to submit personal information to us.
If you voluntarily contact us by email, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only for responding to your inquiry, providing support, or handling the request you submitted.
When you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically by the Application itself or by third-party services integrated into the Application.
Depending on the services and features being used, this may include:
Device or advertising identifiers
IP address
Device type and model
Operating system and version
Application version
Language and general device settings
Information about interactions with the Application
Advertising-related information
Diagnostics and performance information
Crash and error information
Information about how the Application is used
We do not use this information to identify you personally unless required or permitted by applicable law.
Smart Text Tools uses third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, and application stability.
These services may independently collect certain information from your device according to their own privacy policies.
The third-party services currently used by the Application include:
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the Application.
AdMob may collect information such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, information about interactions with advertisements, and diagnostic or usage information for purposes including advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and improving advertising services.
For more information about how Google uses information from apps that use its services, please review:
Google Privacy & Terms – How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the Application, measure usage, and improve the Application.
Firebase Analytics may collect information such as device information, app usage information, identifiers, and interaction events.
For more information, please review:
We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, errors, and technical problems so that we can improve the stability and performance of the Application.
Crashlytics may collect information such as crash reports, device information, operating system information, application information, and other diagnostic information associated with a crash.
For more information, please review:
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Depending on your location, applicable law, and your device or advertising settings, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized.
Google and its advertising partners may use information collected through advertising technologies to provide, measure, and improve advertising services.
Where legally required, appropriate consent mechanisms may be used before personalized advertising or other consent-based processing takes place.
You can also manage advertising-related settings through your device and Google account settings, where available.
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand application usage and identify technical problems.
Analytics information helps us understand things such as which features are used, how users interact with the Application, and how the Application performs.
Crashlytics information helps us identify crashes and technical errors.
These services are used to improve the Application and are not intended to collect information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the Application's normal operation.
The Application itself does not use traditional website cookies in the same way a website does.
However, third-party services integrated into the Application, including advertising and analytics services, may use mobile SDKs, device identifiers, local storage, or similar technologies to provide their services.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent for processing that requires consent.
Information collected through the Application or its third-party services may be used for purposes including:
Providing and operating the Application
Delivering advertisements
Measuring advertising performance
Understanding application usage
Improving Application features and functionality
Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse
Diagnosing crashes and technical problems
Improving Application stability and performance
Responding to support requests
Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell your name, email address, or other directly provided personal information to third parties.
We may allow trusted third-party service providers to process information on our behalf when necessary to operate, analyze, secure, or improve the Application.
These providers may include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, hosting, security, and other technology providers.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
We may also disclose information:
When required by applicable law or legal process;
To comply with governmental or regulatory requirements;
To protect our rights, property, or safety;
To protect users or other persons from harm;
To detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security incidents, or abuse; or
When otherwise permitted or required by law.
Because Smart Text Tools does not require users to create accounts or submit personal information for normal use, we do not maintain a user profile containing personally identifiable information.
Information collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics may be retained according to the respective provider's policies and retention practices.
For information that we receive directly from you, such as an email sent to our support address, we retain the information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, resolve the matter, maintain appropriate records, or comply with legal obligations.
Aggregated or sufficiently anonymized information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual may be retained for analytical or business purposes.
Because the Application does not require an account or user profile, there is generally no account containing personal information that you need to delete.
You can stop the Application from collecting information through the Application by uninstalling it from your device.
However, uninstalling the Application does not necessarily delete information that has already been collected by third-party services, such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics.
If you have contacted us directly and want us to delete personal information that you provided in that communication, you may contact us at:

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child where collection was not permitted, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information as required by applicable law.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Application.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party providers used by the Application are responsible for maintaining their own security measures for information they process through their services.
If we become aware of a security breach involving personal information under our control, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to the incident.
Where notification is required by applicable law, we will provide notification to affected individuals and/or relevant authorities within the timeframe and in the manner required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, third-party services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
For material changes where notification or consent is legally required, we will provide the required notice or obtain consent before the changes take effect.
