Dev.Rokon built the Smart Preparation app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Dev.Rokon and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Smart Preparation application.

Smart Preparation is an independent educational and exam preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or associated with the Government of Bangladesh or any government agency, ministry, department, university, recruitment authority, or other official organization.
This application is developed solely for educational, informational, and examination preparation purposes.
Government-related information, including information about BCS, NTRCA, Primary Teacher Recruitment, Medical Admission, University Admission, Bank Jobs, NSI, Railway, Police, and other recruitment or admission examinations, may be collected from publicly available official notifications, circulars, websites, and other public sources.
Users should always verify the latest information, eligibility requirements, deadlines, notices, and circulars from the relevant official government or institutional websites before applying for any examination, recruitment, admission, or other opportunity.

To use certain features of Smart Preparation, users may create an account using their Email Address and Password.
The registration process does not require email verification. Users can create and use their account without verifying their email address.
The email address provided during registration is used primarily for:
Account creation
Login and authentication
Password recovery
Account-related communication when necessary
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should not share their password with others.
For a better and more personalized experience, we may collect certain information when you create and use an account.
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
Name
Email Address
Password
Mobile Number
Gender
Device-related information, including Device ID where applicable
Account-related and application usage information
The Password is used for account authentication. We do not use your password for advertising or other unrelated purposes.

If a user forgets their account password, they can use the Forgot Password feature available in the application.
When a password reset is requested, Firebase Authentication sends a password-reset link to the email address associated with the user's account.
The user can open the link received by email and set a new password.
Smart Preparation does not require email verification during normal account registration. The email address is used for account login and password recovery.
The application may use third-party services that may collect information used to provide, maintain, analyze, secure, or improve the Service.

Smart Preparation may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.
After receiving a valid account/data deletion request, we will process the request and delete the user's account and associated personal data within 90 days, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Users have the right to request deletion of their Smart Preparation account and associated personal information.
Users can request account deletion through the method provided in the application.
To request deletion:
Open the Smart Preparation application.
Go to the Profile section.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page.
Tap “ডাটা ডিলেটের রিকুয়েস্ট করুন” (Request Data Deletion).
The email application will open.
Send the account/data deletion request.
After receiving the request, we will process the request and delete the user's account and associated personal data within 90 days, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Users can visit this page to see the step-by-step process for submitting a data deletion request.
Once the deletion process has been completed, deleted account information may not be recoverable.
When an account deletion request is processed, we will delete or remove the user's account and associated personal information from our systems, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate retention requirements.
Information that is not required to be retained will be permanently deleted or otherwise disposed of in accordance with our data retention practices.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or system logs until those systems are routinely overwritten or deleted.
