Local Storage: EliteNotes is an Offline First application. All notes, attachments, and images are stored locally on your device's internal storage.
No Cloud Sync: We do not host your notes on our servers. If you lose your device or uninstall the app without a manual backup, we cannot recover your data for you.
Media Access: To attach images to your notes, the app requires permission to access your gallery. These images remain on your device.
To ensure your "Elite" experience is secure, we utilize Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint or Face ID).
How it works: EliteNotes uses the secure system-level APIs provided by your device (Android/iOS).
Privacy Note: We never see, collect, or store your actual fingerprint or facial data. Your device simply tells our app "Success" or "Failure" when you attempt to log in.
To provide a premium experience, we may ask for:
Storage/Media: To save notes and attach photos.
Biometrics: To lock and unlock the app.
Camera: To take photos directly from within a note.
EliteNotes does not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Because we do not collect your data on a central server, there is no data to share with third-party advertisers.
Since we do not collect any personal data or transmit information to a server, EliteNotes is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect "Personal Identifiable Information" from children.
HafidELMEJAHERY LLC reserves the right to update this policy. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check this section periodically.
