Smart Notepad Pro (the App) protects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data in our application, including Income Management, Credit Account, and Expense Tracking features.

Information We Collect

•  Personal Data: Google Login collects your Name and Email solely for account authentication and cloud sync.

- User Content & Financial Data: All text notes, web links, Income Management logs, Credit Account ledgers, and Expense Tracking records created within the App are securely processed. For online users, this data is kept securely on Firebase cloud servers to enable real-time backup and multi-device sync. For offline mode users, all financial entries and personal data remain strictly encrypted on your local device storage.

- Advertising: The App utilizes Google AdMob to display advertisements (Banner, Interstitial, and App Open Ads). AdMob may automatically process limited device details, such as your IP address or unique device identifiers, in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies.

 2.       Data Sharing and Retention 

- We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, notes, or financial data to third parties under any circumstances.

- Your financial logs and user content are shared only with Google Firebase (for secure database management) and Google AdMob (for serving ads) to ensure smooth core app functionalities.

 3.    Security & Account Deletion

- We implement robust industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access.

- You have complete control over your data. You can instantly and permanently erase all your stored data (including profile info, notes, links, tasks, income logs, credit accounts, and expenses) from our active Firebase database at any time by using the "Delete Account" option inside the App settings.
