• Precise Location (GPS): Collected in the foreground to verify your location for attendance marking, check-ins, and geotagging service complaints.

• Camera & Photo Library: Used to capture and upload photos of defective equipment or documents when raising a service ticket.

• Microphone & Audio Recording: Used exclusively to allow you to record and attach voice descriptions to service requests.

• Files & Storage: Accessed to let you select and upload relevant documents, PDF receipts, or warranty files.

• We collect information that you provide directly, as well as data generated automatically during your use of the App.

• Authentication Data: OTP verification details and session tokens.

• Precise Location Data: We collect precise latitude (lt) and longitude (ln) coordinates from your device when you mark attendance or submit service requests.

• Audio Recordings: Audio clips recorded via the microphone to describe complaints.

• Media Files: Pictures, documents, and screenshots you choose to upload.

• Device Information: Device ID, operating system version, device model, and unique identifiers (for push notifications and security auditing).

• With Your Organization: Because this is an enterprise/ESS application, your data (including check-in locations and submitted complaints) is directly synced with your employer's or service provider's SMART ERP database.
