Not everybody needs a SMART (3S) Brace, it's best to check with your doctor first. Before you buy one, it’s important to make sure it’s the right choice for either your condition, your sport or both.

If you decided you do not need a SMART (3S) Brace, we also offer non-smart braces that are also tailer made.

Our SMART (3S) Brace offers unrivaled data collection about the severity and progression of your condition. This offers a level of monitoring and analysis that is unrivalled and will help our customers progress and recover faster. It also is built to work in a customized manner for comfort.

Absolutely, and we actively encourage it. The SMART 3s Brace can be washed lightly soap and water. It is NOT machine washable, and make sure to dry it as soon as it has been washed.

Warranty is provided separately for the braces themselves and the SMART (3S) Sensors present in the brace.

The braces, within reason, are covered with a free lifetime warranty. This does not cover malicious damage.

The SMART (3S) Sensor System is covered with a 1 year warranty and then can be replaced and upgraded at a discounted fee. In the future, we are planning on moving to a subscription.

The braces have been designed to work within a certain range of change for each size. After consultation, a size will be determined for you, which can be adjusted and tuned.

The SMART (3S) Brace is designed with an overlapping clasp for comfortability and ease of use. It was found that braces with straps often required extra assistance to put on. The braces are custom adjusted and tuned to your size.

Yes, whilst the Smart (3s) Brace is food and skin safe, and therefore able to be worn underneath clothes, we recommend wearing it over thin clothes for extra comfort.

With your brace subscription, you'll be given three batteries: one to wear, one to charge and one spare. These can be charged with a USB-C plug or wireless induction.

Battery life is estimated to be 24 hours for a brand new SMART (3S) Brace. Unfortunately, due to current battery technologies, this will ultimately fade over time. To counter this, we will offer a battery replacement service (estimated every 1-2 years).

Only you and your doctor are able to access your information. It is stored securely on our high security servers. All patient is covered by GDPR and Patient Confidentiality laws.
