SmartCardNP is a digital ecosystem platform that provides smart digital services for individuals and organizations, including digital business cards, information sharing, online service access, and integrated service management through web and mobile applications.
By accessing, registering, or using SmartCardNP (the “App” or “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
User: Any individual or organization that accesses or uses SmartCardNP.
Account: A registered profile that allows a User to access features of the Platform.
Digital Card: An electronic profile that may include personal, business, or organizational information such as name, phone number, email, address, social links, and other shared data.
Service: All features, tools, and functionalities provided by SmartCardNP, including third‑party integrated services.
Content: Any information, text, images, links, or data created, uploaded, displayed, or stored by Users on the Platform.
SmartCardNP provides a technology platform that may include, but is not limited to:
Creation and management of digital business cards
Sharing information via QR code, link, or other supported technologies
Access to integrated digital services such as:
Electronic menus
Transportation booking services
Online marketplaces
Public administrative appointment scheduling
Medical or service appointment booking
User account management, notifications, and digital interactions
SmartCardNP acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not directly provide transportation, medical, commercial, or administrative services.
Users must provide accurate, truthful, and up‑to‑date information when creating an Account.
Each User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and all activities performed under their Account.
SmartCardNP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to User negligence.
Users must notify SmartCardNP immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of their Account.
Users retain ownership of the Content they upload or manage on SmartCardNP.
By using the Platform, Users agree that:
They are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of their Content
Any information related to third parties is shared with proper consent
Users must not:
Upload false, misleading, or illegal information
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Use the Platform for fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activities
Upload malware, harmful code, or attempt unauthorized system access
SmartCardNP reserves the right to remove or restrict Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
SmartCardNP collects and processes User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Data may include:
Contact and profile information provided by Users
Usage logs, device information, and system data
Users have the right to:
Access and update their personal information
Request deletion of their Account and associated data, subject to legal obligations
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third‑party services.
SmartCardNP:
Does not control or guarantee third‑party services
Is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or issues arising from third‑party providers
Users acknowledge that use of third‑party services is subject to the providers’ own terms and policies.
Some services or features on SmartCardNP may require payment or subscription.
Pricing will be clearly displayed before use
Payments are generally non‑refundable, except where required by law
SmartCardNP reserves the right to modify pricing or service offerings with prior notice
All software, trademarks, designs, logos, and system components of SmartCardNP are the intellectual property of SmartCardNP or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SmartCardNP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The Platform is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis
SmartCardNP does not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free operation
Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
SmartCardNP reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts if:
Users violate these Terms
Illegal or harmful activities are detected
Required by legal or regulatory authorities
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam.
SmartCardNP may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
