VaultNotes Pro is a fully offline note-taking application. It does not require an internet connection, account creation, sign-in, or any form of registration to function. All features — creating notes, organizing categories, marking favorites, and viewing statistics — work entirely on your device.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
Specifically:
Notes and content: All notes, titles, categories, and favorites you create are stored exclusively on your own device using secure local storage. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Account information: We do not require or collect any account information, as the App does not have sign-up or login functionality.
Usage analytics: The App does not use any analytics, tracking, or telemetry services to monitor your behavior within the App.
Device permissions: The App does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage beyond its own app data, or any other sensitive device permissions.

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted by the App, we do not use, sell, rent, or share any personal information, because none is collected in the first place.
5. Internet Access and Third-Party Services
VaultNotes Pro does not use any network calls, APIs, or backend services for its core functionality (note-taking, search, favorites, statistics, and theming). Your content never leaves your device.
The only features that involve leaving the App are entirely optional and user-initiated:
Rate Us: Opens the Google Play Store listing page in your browser or the Play Store app.
Share App: Hands off to your device's native share sheet, allowing you to share a link to the App through apps of your choosing.
Neither of these actions collects or transmits any of your personal data through VaultNotes Pro itself; they simply open external, user-selected destinations.
6. Data Storage and Security
All data created within VaultNotes Pro is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. Since your data is never transmitted over the internet, it is not exposed to interception, external servers, or third-party access through the App.
7. Your Control Over Your Data
You have full and exclusive control over your data at all times:
Deleting a note within the App permanently removes it from your device.
Uninstalling the App removes all associated local data, including notes, favorites, categories, and settings.
Since we never receive a copy of your data, there is no external data for us to access, retain, or delete on your behalf.
8. Children's Privacy
VaultNotes Pro does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), as the App does not collect personal information from any user.
